Our Recipe is made up of: Rosehips, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Ginger Root, Licorice*, Peppermint*, Fenugreek Seed*, and Fennel seeds, and Cinnamon.

*Peppermint is not recommended for nursing mama's.

*Licorice and Fernugreek Seed is not recommended if you are Pregnant. 

Directions:

• Infuse 1-2Tbsps of herb mixture per 1Cup of Boiling water for 15-20mins. Strain and enjoy.
