Our recipe is made of: Skullcap, Catnip, Rose Petals, Passionflower Leaf, Lavendar, Chamomile, and Valerian Root
To make:
Combine 1 tbsp of herb mixture per 1 cup of boiling hot water. let infuse for 15 mins. strain & enjoy. *best results when you slightly grind the mixture in a mortar & pestle to help the plants release their magical properties.
