Our Let the Milk Flow Lactation Tea is a handcrafted blend packed with time tested herbs formulated to help enrich and increase the supply of a nursing mother's milk during a time where she needs it most. 

Our Recipe is made up of: Blessed Thistle, Fennel Seeds, Nettle, Raspberry Leaf, Fenugreek Seed, Oatstraw, Alfalfa, and Hops Flowers.

Directions: 

*Use 4-6Tbsps of herb mixture per 1Quart of Water*

1. Add herbs to cold water and bring to slow boil over low heat. 
2. Remove from heat and allow mixture to infuse for 20minutes.
3. Strain infused mixture and drink 3-4cups daily.
