Our Recipe is made up of:Fennel Seeds, Rosehips, Lemongrass, Calendula, Mullein leaf and flowers, Red Clover Flower and Leaf, Eucalyptus, ginger root, thyme, marshmallow root, and cinnamon.

Directions: 

• Infuse 1Tbsp of herb mixture per 1.5cups of boiling water. Steep covered for 10-15 mins.
